Melissa is the daughter of Richard and Carol. She assists with visitations and funeral services when needed. She is a graduate of Harvey High School and Lakeland Community College with her degree as a Registered Nurse. She currently works at Tri-Point Medical Center in the Critical Care Unit. She and her husband Chad have a son, Nicholas and reside in Painesville Twp., Ohio. |
 | Chad Tekavic, Associate
Chad is the son-in-law of Richard and Carol and the husband of Melissa. Chad serves as a full time firefighter/paramedic with the Painesville Township Fire Department. On his days off he assists with day-to-day operations of the funeral home and assists with visitations and funeral services when needed. He is a graduate of Riverside High School and Auburn Career Center where he received his certification for firefighting and paramedic. In his free time, Chad enjoys spending Saturday nights at Painesville Speedway where he competes in Figure 8 Racing. He and his wife Melissa have a son, Nicholas and reside in Painesville Twp., Ohio. |
 | The next generation of funeral directors?
Chase Johnson (son of Charles and Jennifer), Nick Tekavic (son of Chad and Melissa), Caitlin Johnson (daughter of Charles and Jennifer), Adam Johnson (son of Ben and Christina) and Nathan Johnson (son of Ben and Christina). These five enjoy spending time at the funeral home, helping "set-up flowers, dusting of furniture, and greeting people at the door". One or more of them could be the fourth generation of Johnson's to continue in funeral service. |
